Motorcycle Accidents
Marc Falco has ridden motorcycles for many years. He has his motorcycle endorsement with the State of Florida and personally enjoys riding his 1994 custom Harley Davidson Fat Boy. We recommend, if you are presently riding, or are contemplating getting an endorsement and riding, that you take a motorcycle safety course approved by the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Department. In addition to helping you as a beginner, or merely brushing up on your skills as an experienced rider, this also saves you the trouble of doing an actual driving test when obtaining your endorsement, as well as saves you money on your insurance.
Additionally, it is important to keep in mind that motorcycles do not have No-Fault, Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance in Florida. It is well worth the expense, when obtaining insurance for your motorcycle, to pay for Medical Payment coverage to cover you if you should be injured in a crash or accident. Since your uninsured motorist coverage with your motor vehicles does not cover you while you are riding your motorcycle, it is also important that you pay for and obtain uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage for your motorcycle. There are many uninsured motorists on the roads of Florida, especially with the bad economy, and it is important to protect yourself.
Once again, if you are involved in a motorcycle crash or accident and have suffered injuries, contact us at FalcoLaw. Let our experience in both handling these types of cases, as well as being a fellow rider, work for you on your personal injury claim. As always, we will evaluate your case for free and you will not pay us any fees or costs unless we recover money for you. There are statutes of limitations that may apply, so it is best to talk to a qualified injury attorney as soon as possible to determine if you have a valid claim. Phone: 941-955-9585.
