 Marc Falco
Marc Falco grew up on the west coast of Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1984 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1987. Later that year, he was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
His expertise involves many years of trial experience, including arguing before the Florida Supreme Court. Marc Falco has been an adjunct professor of business law at the University of South Florida Sarasota/Manatee, has taught law courses at Peoples Law School, has been a guest speaker on legal subjects, has been published, and has judged trial competitions for Stetson College of Law.
In addition to being admitted to practice in the state of Florida, Mr. Falco has been admitted to the Middle District Federal Court. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Florida Bar and the Sarasota County Bar Association.
